We will restart our next Pilates Courses and Classes during the of Monday 10th September 2012 in our South Dublin based studios.

Studio location:
1. Fitnecise Studio – Unit F1 – Nutgrove Office Park – with Martin
__beside the new Lild, behind the fire station in Dublin 14/16.

2. 28 South William Street Studio – with Elena
__a 3-4 walk minutes from  Stephen’s Green Shopping Centre.
Pilates will help you with the following:

  • Increasing Core (Abdominal and Back) Strength
  • Improve Mobility
  • Better your posture
  • Improve Flexibility
  • various Back Issues – Problems
  • different injuries (a lot of Pilates exercises and moves work in a preventative way)
  • Sport Performance e.g. Cycling, Running, Swimming, Rugby, Golf etc.

3 New Fitness classes 2x Pilates, 1x Conditioning Circuits – Core Strength Combo in South Dublin start early November

We changed our Fitnecise time able slightly and added three new classes, these classes will start during the week Monday 31st of October 2011:

  1. Wednesday Evening:
    Pilates Mixed Level
    8.15pm-9.15pm

  2. Saturday Morning:
    Pilates Mixed Level
    11am-12am
    This might range from pure Beginners up to Advanced using various Pilates equipment depending on the class participants and their previous Pilates experience.

  3. Saturday Lunchtime
    Conditioning and Circuit + Core Strength Combo Class
    12.30pm-1.30pm
    _
    40min – Conditioning and Circuit Class
    – we use different equipment like, weights bench,  rowing machine, chin-up bar, dumb bells, kettlebells, gymballs, resistance bands, gym sticks,  medicine balls etc.
    _
    15-20min – Core Conditioning

I will stop teaching on Thursday night, but might consider running a Pre-natal, Pregnancy Yoga or Pilates class if I can find a instructor – Please let me contact me if you know of a Pregnancy Maternity Yoga or Pilates Class instructor.
