I’m going to start a new set of Men Only Pilates and Core Strength Classes next week – Monday 12th and Wednesday 14th March 2012.
Classes take place at 8.30pm-9.30pm in Fitnecise Studio – South Dublin, Dublin 14 – Nutgrove Office Park – Unit F1 and run for 8 weeks.
The class combines
1. Core Strength Exercises – often used in sport clubs, gyms and fitness studios
2. Pilates Exercises e.g. Single Leg Stretch, Roll Back, Leg Pull Prone/Supine – Plank
3. Flexibility and Mobility Exercises
to increase general strength, suppleness, flexibility preventing injuries or helping you recover from injury, allowing you to tone up and get a leaner and stronger.
